has anyone had a customer use affirm? i recently had a renter who wanted to use that service but was unable to book with the payment plan even after they were approved.

Hey @HearthFire_RV- sorry to hear about this issue. Did you all contact CS directly? I haven't heard of any other customers having this issue so it may be a bug. Hopefully we can get it resolved so it doesn't happen again. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

I think it might have been the renter making an error, 3 times. But from what I gleaned from support its not an unknown issue.

I’m not sure we’re going to keep offering that option.
