Toll bill after renter paid extra fees


Hello everyone. I have been renting out my RV for a little over a year now and have had a bill come in the mail for unpaid tolls. This has only happened twice and thankfully the latest was from a friend so she just venmoed me the amount. My question is how do I charge a renter the toll bill after I have already collected the additional fees? Is there a way to request the amount after I have already been paid for the trip?

Hey there! Go ahead and reach out to customer support at 1(877)723-7232. Support will most likely have you send an email with the bill to Then they will be able to charge the renters card for the toll amount.
