I have had people message me with questions about renting my RV. When I receive the email from Ourdoorsy with the message notification, I click on the "view profile" and it always takes me to the Ooops! page. There is no adequate explanation from the support people. Does anyone here know why I can't view their profiles??

I don't really think renter profiles are useful at all, I wouldn't trust the reviews of renters since I know I don't feel comfortable leaving a bad renter review even if they were awful - actually especially if they were awful since the feedback system in Outdoorsy would allow them to leave a negative review in return out of spite. It is not worth risking my 5 star feedback. I can only assume many owners feel similar and don't review renter profiles
