New owner and worried about finding the time

Hello,

We are new owners and looking forward to listing our travel trailer later in May (Once we take possession). However we are wondering how do you schedule meetings with your renters to accommodate a 8-5 job? We're trying to come up with ideas to help make the renting process easy and convenient for our renters but still not interfere with our work schedule (too much). Thanks!

That is a great question!  First, set clear expectations in your Outdoorsy camper listing.  You can only be at one place at a time!  Second, there will be a fair amount of rentals returning on a Sunday--take heart!  Have a list of your Rules of the Road (learned that from an Outdoorsy Listing Coach, btw) and send those ROTR to your guests.  "We can get you set out on your trip at these times.  We can accept returning campers at these times.  Establish expectations right up front in a positive way and you are sure to meet up with many renters that can work within your hours of availability.
