Yes you can but you should speak to a CPA about tax implications and if this person would be considered an employee. If you tell them - meet mr jones on Friday at 3pm to hand off the camper and give them all the info - they may be considered an employee. Which in turn means you would need to pay wages, withhold federal and state taxes, if applicable. You may want to look into consignment - this is where someone rents to unit out for you and does all the work and splits revenue with you!
