We have a C-Class on order which we plan to list for rentals. It has a receiver on the back and is capable of towing over 7,000. We'd like to offer a tow behind vehicle as an addon to people renting the RV. Probably something like a Jeep or a small SUV. The addon would consist of the vehicle, tow bar, and supplemental braking system in the towed vehicle. I found the following cited here:
"Note that this excludes tow vehicles unless they’re also listed on Outdoorsy and rented at the same time as the trailer. Tow vehicles must be approved for coverage separately from a trailer."
The phrase "...same time as the trailer..." comes with an implication only a tow vehicle pulling the RV being rented will be covered. Could we get approval for insurance coverage during a C-Class rental for a pull-behind vehicle such as a Jeep?
Alternatively, can a car dolly or car trailer be offered as an addon covered by insurance if the renter is pulling their own vehicle?

Hi there! Unfortunately Outdoorsy does not insure vehicles that are pulled behind the rented RV. If you wanted to rent a vehicle to tow the unit, like a truck with a hitch to pull the trailer, Outdoorsy would insure that.
Car dollies, utility and cargo trailers, etc. are not covered by Outdoorsy insurance either even if a renter pulls their own vehicle.

This seems like it would be a good option to offer. Pulling a small "touring" vehicle behind a class C or A is a fairly common practice.
