Do I have to cancel my upcoming bookings if I file a damage claim?

Wondering if you have to lose out on upcoming rental revenue? The short version is likely not! Simply follow these steps to see if your next booking should continue:

  1. Make sure the damages will in no way impact the safety of your vehicle and that it is roadworthy.
  2. Take steps to ensure there won’t be more damage as a result of further operation.
  3. Touch base with your next renter.  Send photos of the vehicle and the damage to your upcoming renter and ask if they are okay proceeding with the booking before canceling or declining the trip.
