I have been RVing for 30 years. I have been renting out my current RV (a Thor Four Winds 28z motorhome) for over a year. It is rented out year-round due to the climate. In the summer, my renters head north where the elevation is 7,000 ft. and it's much cooler. In the winter, my renters stay down south where is usually in the 60s and 70s during the day (we are camping over Christmas and New Year’s near Tucson).
Since there is a year-round market here, I think I should be able to rent out your RV during the winter when it would normally need to be winterized and would not generate any revenue for you. You would need to transport it to Phoenix and arrange to store it here when not rented. I would list it on my account and handle the check-out and check-in, as well as the cleaning and washing your sheets and towels. We would split the net income at a percentage to be determined. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this.
