Stormy and her husband, Hank, could not have made this experience any more pleasant for us. They were a perfect 10 in all regards. They were very accommodating, understanding and patient with us, since we have never driven or overnighted in an RV before. Stormy had everything clean and ready for us on the inside and Hank explained all the hookups, etc. on the outside. An amazing campground was only a short drive, and they even helped us set it up for the night when we asked. They went above and beyond what we expected of them.
The Axis was easy to drive, smooth ride. Spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the large windows! The beds were very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. If you have not been in a Thor Axis or Thor Vegas, you must rent this one! This was our first try at "glamping" and we absolutely loved it.
We will definitely use Outdoorsy again to rent an RV in the future, and our first request will be to rent this same RV again.
