As someone who has seen a lot of RV rental businesses by now... I think this is a great idea.
Are you talking about an RV park or RV storage? It becomes a bit different when you've actually got people living there. Dealing with sewage, etc, is a whole thing.
If you're just storing, allowing others to store their RVs, and managing them, then Outdoorsy actually makes it easy to do consignment type businesses. You could come up with your own agreement about how you'd like to split the revenue earned, who pays for maintenance, etc, and we'll still connect you with renters and provide insurance to qualified vehicles as we always do.
