A few notes:
Yes, when you get Roadside Assistance, you are insuring that if your RV breaks down and is not drivable, you will be visited by a technician.
However, you may also call the Roadside Assistance number at any time to receive over-the-phone assistance from a support team. They can work with you to fix a fridge, connect you to a technician, or find a local technician they would recommend.
That being said, it sounds like you could have had a better experience with roadside assistance. If you wish to send us feedback directly, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. And if you'd like to send me the name of the Outdoorsy representative that you spoke with, I will make sure that they better communicate the details of roadside assistance in the future. Thanks.
